Kezar Lake, Maine.

Back in July, I went away with some friends! I know — that’s crazy. But me and three friends (from high school!) finally worked out our schedules and went away together for nearly 48 hours! We watched the sunset, ate charcuterie, played Telestrations, and cried from laughing so much. It was the perfect little getaway and hopefully something that becomes a tradition. Here are lots of photos from our weekend because the house was so cute (unfortunately not many with people.)

The house was in the middle of the woods. Which I was already freaked out about to begin with but then I found out that the neighbor was Stephen King. Like the Stephen King and I started to get freaked out that the very woods I was sleeping in inspired him to write all the things that he’s written. ha. The house also had an adorable boat house near the water — the structure with the pink chairs outside. Such a cute setup — it almost made up for the fear of the woods. ha.

So many cute spots to take photos of!
