N I N E months with Lola! + of course, I’m late writing this post so… she’s truly closer to 10 months. But… let’s see what how my memory serves me:
Between August + September, life was good to us + little Lola. I went back to work and Lola started back up 3 days a week at daycare. They love her there and tell us every day how happy and smiley she is! She talks away to all her friends. 🙂Lola is obsessed with the bathtub. She’s realized that after dinner we go upstairs for a bath and she starts going CRAZY as soon as we start to walk up the stairs. And, oh yes, she requires a bath every single day because this little girl can eat + she’s not that neat about it. AND, even with just two teeth she doesn’t want baby food. If Gerber makes it — no, thank you! She wants real, table food.I miss most mornings because I’ve already left for work before she wakes up, but Sean tells me that every day she wakes up like this 🙂 she’s SO excited. And who wouldn’t be excited after sleeping 7pm-7am. I know, I’d be pumped, too!We went on a few family outings this month! We tried to go each weekend and do something outside. Lola made it up Mt. Wachusett and also completed some hikes near our house. She LOVES being outside and especially loves cruising in the stroller. This month we celebrated my birthday and Javi’s birthday and Lola was there with us each time! She’s good with excitement and commotion and was fascinated by the candles on the cakes 🙂Unfortunately, she got her very first ear infection and then we found out it was actually a DOUBLE ear infection 🙁 I felt terrible! But she was so good about taking her medicine (as long as we strapped her in her carseat first) haha. We got her a few Patriots shirts for football season (12 months, since she’s 9 months) and she’s already GROWN out of them! She’s so long, nothing fits her! The other day she was actually wearing something sized 2T. — 2T! (and clearly, Sean can never find matching socks when he dresses her) 🙂 🙂She’s just the sweetest little girl and we love her so much!
