Review: Grin Natural.

There’s been a lot of fun opportunities since starting my instagram (and blog) over the past 13 months, and one of the biggest ones is connecting with brands that offer products and services that align with our family and lifestyle.

My journey with swapping to healthier products started after the birth of my second child. Truthfully, it was sort of self-serving. After two pregnancies, hormones, stress and breastfeeding… I was losing my hair. So I swapped shampoo. Then all hair products. Eventually I switched skincare products, then cleaning supplies, laundry detergents… and so on. You know the deal: when you know better, you do better.

So when Grin Natural reached out to me a few months ago, I thought let’s try it out! We were gifted the Kids Oral Care Set AND a whole bunch of products for my husband and me to try. (These links are affiliate links at no cost to you, however if you make a purchase I may earn a small commission. I received these products as gifts and all opinions are my own.)

Grin Natural is a company out of New Zealand. Almost a decade ago, they set out to make a natural toothpaste without sugar, preservatives, artificial colors or flavors, or fragrances. They use clean ingredients, are vegan and cruelty free, non-GMO, and eco-friendly!

The kids were SO excited when this package arrived. They took everything out of the box so quickly I could barely snap photos! They were immediately drawn to the pop-up picture book! It’s an interactive book where each page has an activity — like flossing or brushing the characters teeth. It’s pretty adorable but it’s also educational. Win-Win!

They also wanted to brush their teeth right away! (And multiple times, every day, since then!) My son prefers the orange flavored toothpaste and my daughter loves the strawberry flavor. The actual toothbrushes are the perfect size for their small hands! And then, of course, the flossers were a total hit. They LOVE to floss. 🙂

As for adults, my husband and I both loved the charcoal brushes and the toothpaste! It definitely left my teeth feeling clean and the brushes are SO soft — perfect for sensitive gums.

If you’re in the market for new oral care products, try out Grin Natural.
