In August, I took the kids with family and friends to Storyland! We had never been but it turned out to be the perfect place for all three of the kids. It’s a bit of a drive (like 3 hours) so we drove up one day and checked into a hotel — went swimming and had dinner. Then woke up early the next day, and got to Storyland for opening.
We really didn’t know what to expect! Javi loved all the characters (Lola doesn’t like people who dress-up!) And Javi and Lola loved the rides! Eva didn’t make the height requirements for most rides quite yet, but had an interesting time people watching from the stroller! When she could ride… she LOVED it!
The kids loved all the roller coasters, the water rides (me, not so much), the spinning rides (again, me — not so much!), the train ride, the slushies (!)… they had a blast every step of the way.
We will definitely add a yearly trip to Storyland into our family plans because they are STILL talking about it! I love watching them enjoy themselves. 🙂
