Our December.

From crafts to baking to Santa and birthdays! December is the month that never ends!

I feel like everything is busier in December! Three little kids at Christmas time is the most fun, ever! In non-related Christmas news… Javi started Basketball! Here’s a peek at the weeks leading up to Christmas!

We got to go out to dinner a bunch! We tried to do a few different drive-thru light experiences! Our town also had a light competition and the kids loved just driving around and seeing lights on homes.

As soon as December started, we went straight to the farm stand to pick out a tree… and I went crazy with matching pajamas. I bought so many matching pj’s.

We went to the town tree lighting and they had fireworks! The kids were amazed. There hasn’t really been fireworks in the past few years so it was a pretty new thing for all 3 of them. We also visited Santa at the fire station. Lola wanted NO part of this meet and greet.

The kids were feeling very crafty this month. We made and decorated cookies! We made homemade gingerbread play dough. We made other Christmas crafts (even DIY wrapping paper) and gifts. Oh, and I can’t forget about the gingerbread house! I had to use tacky glue to hold it all together because it just kept collapsing. The kids were worried it wouldn’t work out but unfortunately that sucker made it through the whole month and then they didn’t want me to throw it away!

I was busy this month with the PTO at Javi’s school. Eva added an additional Speech Therapy class to my schedule each week and she got her first hair cut! And Lola turned FOUR!

And then of course, we celebrated Christmas! And NYE!
