Our September.

Birthdays and sports to pumpkins and apples. September was busy!

Lots of big changes this September. The biggest, of course, was that Javi started Kindergarten! In our town, Kindergarten is every day, full-day. I was SO nervous to send him to school, and especially worried that he wanted to ride the bus! Luckily, he’s the last stop in the morning and the first in the afternoon. I think he’s on the bus a total of 3 minutes. 🙂 The day before school started, we got to ride the bus together and he was SO happy.

The girls and I found a new little rhythm during the day while we waited for Javi at school. We started a new homeschooling method called Exploring Nature with Children and we started weekly nature walks! A three year old girl also started hanging out with us twice a week and we all learn together!

We spent a day at the zoo!

I turned 35 and Javi turned six! We went out for pizza to celebrate my birthday and Javi had a Pokemon themed party complete with a bounce house!

Lola and Javi started soccer! It was the first time that Sean and I had to split up to take different kids to different fields. They both had soccer at the exact same time… in different towns!

We went to the pumpkin patch and went apple picking! Eva wouldn’t let anyone help her carry the bag of apples. She was so proud and surprisingly strong!

Ballet and tap started for Lola and Javi began gymnastics!

It was such a busy month!
